I do cardio everyday and lift 15-20 lbs dumbbell every two days. This product has helped enhanced my stamina and improved my endurance for a long period of cardio workout. I am able to be on my stair master completing 5.5 miles workout around 35 minutes because of the efficacy of this product. After a 5 minutes break, I am able to continue to run on my treadmill for another 20 minutes! Needless to say, this product has helped the longevity and potency of my performance in my bedroom. I think the manufacturer needs not to be concerned to " ONLY please the full fledge weight lifter." All of my "cardio buddies" just enjoy this product the way it is designed now! You take once a day and the price is not bad for 30 day bottle. The other side of the coin (product) is - the gel caps are huge. The pump is off and on and not that super.
