Being 44 yrs 'young' I have realized I need all the help I can get. There are a lot of good products out there I wish I could take but because of HBP I choose very carefully . GL3 Micronized L-Glutamine 1200 g price is comparable, the quality of the product is outstanding , & I normally mix it in my protein shake. I am very active riding my road & hybrid bikes and also doing a walk/jog on a daily basis . There is no muscle soreness after intense workouts and I am ready for the day's activities.

This is a great product for mega-dosing glutamine. I like to take about 40-50 grams post workout when training carb-depleted for fat loss. The taste is not too bad - comparatively - and the price is fair.
