| Hello There,
I have tried cookies and Cream. It has real cookie pieces in it. Cookies and Cream is more sweet than all other flavors, if you like sweet taste, i did not like it.
As a product, it is fullfiled my needs and i started to feel the positive affects within the couple of days usage... |

| I took this product religiously for a month. I didn't gain an ounce of muscle. I only increased my body fat! It doesn't taste all that good and it's not the cheapest either. I'm going back to BSN products where getting robbed at least tastes good. |

| Weak taste and consistency. I cannot judge the protein content but there are a lot of better protein powder in terms of taste and cost as well. |

| Don't know exactly what I expected, but it didn't deliver. Been taking optimum nutrition whey for years, going right back. Better costs, no difference in results. I guess the plus... their advertising made me switch off of a proven product. So they have a great add department. |
