Anator P70 is a great post workout product. The taste of the berry blast leaves a bitter after taste, but tolerable. A solid post workout protein intake with the other ingredients seemed to provide a lean cut look.

WOW!!! This product is absolutely amazing. First of all when I first started to take Anator p70 i had only been BACK in the gym for roughly 2 months so I was only about 50% of what I had been in the prior to joining the Military 3 years ago. My initial flat bench press MAX was 205lbs, then I started to take the Anator p70. The next month my max was 235, and yesterday I maxed out again 280lbs. Thats 75 lbs in 2 months. The only other supplement I am currently taking is Superpump 250 (Gaspari Nutrition). My work out partner also had a 60 lbs increase in 2 months. The ONLY con I have is it tastes horrible. The first month I took the Orange flavor, second I took the berry blast. I prefer the berry blast but both are rough on the taste buds. It took me about 2 weeks to get used to it (taste wise) then it was comparable to a regular protein shake with a bad after taste. I recommend having a glass of water within close proximity for a chaser until you get used to it. One other thing I found, it wasn't a con, but for the first week or so, about 15 minutes after taking it I felt a little sick to my stomach nothing I couldn't handle, no sudden trips to the bathroom. Just a little cramp which only lasted about 30 minutes. Then all was well.

Taste is really bad. Try mixing with fruit juices. Other than that, it does work - adding mass quickly.
