| Anadrox has been working really well for me so far, more energy, better pumps and helping me drop unwanted weight. I recommend it for anyone wanting the same results, it's definitely worth a try. |

| Anadrox is good stuff. It gives me a good pump and I think it really does the burning part as well like it says on the bottle. One warning, do not take the full dose unless you're heavier than 200 pounds or if you have sensitivity to caffeine. This stuff will give you jitters and heart palpitations if you take too much of it. I only take two pills with a protein shake 30-40 mins before a workout and it is plenty for me -- especially considering my workout drink also has arginine and caffeine in it. The product has not given me heartburn, indigestion and seems to be easy to tolerate with food or without. Without food is a little more intense than with food due to faster absorption. So I opt for with food. It is a lot more forgiving than taking NOXPLODE and not timing it right and getting all sorts of indigestion problems before the workout. With NOXPLODE you have to make sure your stomach is empty when you take it otherwise it is growl city. With this product there's no such worry. |

| While caffeine is a stimulant that gets you "pumped", it is NOT responsible for the muscle pumping effect.
This product contains Vandyl Sulfate, which is a vasodilator, thus creating this effect.
Products containing L-Arginine or Arginine/Ornithine blends also create this effect. |

| I've said this before, but has ANYONE else noticed that about 95% of the pre workout formulas and NO "fat burning matrix" formulas contain one simple ingredient that may explain the "pump" you get?! Yep, caffeine. The 200mg in Anadrox is an awful lot; about 2 cups of coffee. Coffee is know to be thermogenic - or "the process through which our bodies generate heat and burn fat molecules." Funny, isn't it... that for substantially less money, you could buy two cups of coffee and probably closely duplicate the "burn" portion of Androx's "Pump & Burn." *Incidentally, studies on lab rats have shown that EGCG, when administered orally, produces no benefits. |
