Too bad these are made with maltitol, which is not low carb at all.

I have made Kevin's Cookie recipe before with erythritol based chips instead, like the ones from Dixie Diner. I have also made them with Eat Well, Be Well chips which has since gone out of business, but was fabulous. I hope netrition will discourage manufacturers from using maltitol--it's not doing us any low carb favors.

I tried it and it set me back a bit on my weight loss goal. Not good for a low carb lifestyle. Maltitol has nearly the same glycemic index as real sugar and does cause stalls for those on a low carb diet. Highly not recommended. Look for a brand with stevia or similar.
