    I use this stuff all the time and it seems to work (and taste fine) as a breadcrumb substitute (mainly in meatloaf, hamburgers, or as a breading.) That said, it looks and feels like low-carb flour and I often wonder if I am not just paying a premium for a small bag of low-carb flour.
