    The biggest problem with this besides that it becomes lumpy instead of smooth is that the color has that sickly fluorescent tinge that generic chicken broth cubes have. That's not so bad in super cheap instant soup, but in a gravy it's hard to feel like you are eating something healthy. If I have to add all sorts of other ingredients then why use this as a base at all?
