This product is fabulous. It whips just like regular egg whites if not better, and is low in both calories and carbohydrates. I use it to add to a regular egg and to make a low carb lemon souffle using 1/2 lemon , lemon zest, some sweetener, and Just Whites in the equivalent of 3-4 egg whites. I spray the pan w/butter flavored spray, brown the bottom slightly and put the whole frying pan in the oven for about 8-10 minutes or until very lightly browned at 325 degrees. Different ovens produce different results so watch first one closely. a happy customer in Maine

Great product. I recommend mixing this powder with at least one real egg for better consistency. Much more convenient and economical than real eggs or liquid egg whites.

Incredible. I'm a skeptic with stuff like this, and my wife is picky about my "substitutions." I used these Just Whites this morning again, this time for an egg-white omelet. I was worried that the reconstituted powder wouldn't hold up to direct frying. I was pleasantly surprised. The taste was EXACTLY like regular egg-whites, and my wife (true story) couldn't tell the difference. I didn't tell her until she was almost done! A reminder -- follow the mixing directions. Use warm water, mix with a whisk for two full minutes. If you do this, I'm telling you you'll have regular egg whites, without the pain of cracking and messing with them yourself, or wasting unnecessary yolks.

Let me just say this...since trying the egg whites, I'll never go back to eating two or three whole eggs at breakfast EVER AGAIN! On the weekends I like to make a nice breakfast for my family, which most times consists of omelets or breakfast burritos. Now, I just add one regular egg to a 6 serving amount of Just Whites and no ones the wiser (except for ME)! I'll always keep a steady supply of Just Whites in my cupboard now :)
