    This is great! We've been using it for the last several months in everything. It tastes more like good (real) brown sugar. It has half the glycemic index of regular sugar... just threw out all the refined stuff and replacing permanently with this! Bakes great... use it 1 for 1 just like the regular white stuff. My 4 year old thinks the cookies 'taste so much better'! Can you ask for anything more?
