| I'll admit, these noodles do have a rubbery consistency but for the sake of anything I make that's low carb and needs noodles, it's better than nothing. I use them for pasta & chicken noodle soup. |

| The fish odor is so strong that I really couldn't get past it. I rinsed them but they still smelled and I hate fish, so it was just hard to get past the odor. |

| I was definitely prepared for something "different" after reading the reviews for this pasta. I expected something on the slimy side, and something that slightly resembled calamari, texture wise. The reviewer that said that this product's texture is similar to calamari was spot on. That being said, I really wanted to love (or at least like) this product because of the nutritional stats. Today I tried the fettuccine, but I also bought angel hair that I haven't tried yet. I'm wondering if maybe the fettuccine "noodles" were too thick for my taste, because of the rather slimy nature of the product. I'm hoping I'll like the angel hair better, because I'm not sure I can get over the gel-like texture. |

| This is a nice product to have in the pantry.
Though I would not pay the scratch to use it all the time.
To me no fiber and no nutrition just seems like a waste of time and effort. I would rather have quinoa or brown rice but sometimes I find I am all out of those things, so I keep an emergency pack of the Miracle Noodle in the pantry for a stir fry. Usually one meal of these lets my brain know my pantry is getting far too bare. I have not tried them any other way and may do a little experimenting with soup and especially miso this winter. |

| Finally, I had the chance to try these, and honestly....they're alright. Taking the advice of others who have had them, I avoided putting my nose anywhere near them once I opened them, and then rinsed them to death. Therefore, I never had a problem with fishiness. Now, they really do have no taste except for what you cook them in. They are meant to be a filler in every sense of the word, and they succeed. Mostly. I didn't feel particularly full after eating them, but they helped flesh out the meal. However, they cost a fortune for what is basically one cup of the noodles. They aren't cost effective at all! I like the concept, but for what you get for the money you're paying, think long and hard if this is what you're looking for. I made myself an 80 calorie scampi dinner, but I'm still hungry, and certainly broke. |
