| I received my order yesterday and with it being a little late in the day I decided to wait and try this product early in the morning so I'd have a whole day to evaluate its effectiveness. I'm glad I did because...........I AM WIRED AND HOTTER THAN AN OVERLOADED FUSE BOX! I'm a weight loss surgery patient; after I lost 200 plus pounds of excess weight I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia and a spastic colon and devastated because I had to slow down. I was enjoying life until those things got worse and brought me to a depressing halt. I've been in a flare-up for over 4 months. I've had to drop everything out of my diet again and start over, so I needed ENERGY in order to exercise as I'm used to that being part of my lifestyle now lying around idle is no longer my thing. I don't regret purchasing this, in fact I'm overjoyed about it. I started with a whole tablet but because my body absorbs things more rapidly I know that half a tablet will give me the motivational stimulation I need. Yes, it does make you jittery if you're sensitive, with that being said it may be helpful to limit or omit caffeinated products while using this supplement. It works for me it's a keeper. I will more than likely use this on beautiful days when I can get out and take those 3 or 4 mile walks I got used to. I will say that I believe the key to using this product without excessive side effects or negative impacts is to use it sparingly and only when you need such a jolt. I hope this in depth review is helpful to others. |

| Whoa and wow, this is VERY intense and made me stay awake a bit longer than usual, and that's coming from someone who can sleep like a baby right after drinking coffee! Ended up needing a bit of chamomile tea at bedtime. I actually received this fat burner in my goody bag/samples packet and am about to buy more once the 60ct is available.
I've taken fat burners before and they are generally mildly effective, requiring several be taken in a day. So I chose to take a whole caplet instead of half as instructed expecting this would be weak too. Wrong, I definitely felt it working but not in an alarming way. My workout was @100% that day and I saw a great loss the next AM.
FYI, I'm a 24yr old female in great health with no particular sensitivity to stimulants that I've noticed, so I don't feel wary of purchasing and using this product. Highly likely to be overkill for folks who are. Hope this helps. |

| This product was too intense for me. I am 63 yrs. old and found that it made me jittery and it felt like my prostate gland had an ache. |
