    This product is used in combination with two other low carb flours, almond and coconut flour to make an overall cake flour mixture. It works very well in low carb cakes. In some recipes that call for only almond flour I add 1/4 cup of oat flour and it gives the cake an extra added rise. Since I've been using the gluten free oat flour my baking has improved.
