This is the most AMAZING product. I can sum it up in one word. ENERGY! I used to be a coffee addict 4-5 cups a day, I don't even need to drink caffeine anymore. What I noticed when I fist started using this product was not so much the rush of energy after I drank it, in fact it took a week of drinking it and then a few days of not drinking it to realize how amazingly effective it is. When I drink it consistently, I am like the energizer bunny, I require less sleep, I sleep better, I feel better I get so much more accomplished not just in my workouts but in my everyday life. I cannot say enough good things about this product, and I will be a FOREVER customer. I will say consistent use is the key with this product, but the rewards are worth well it!!!! Taste Rating: The Blue raspberry is my favorite, I'm not a fan of the orange and the watermelon is also good.

this stuff taste great like them all except raspberry blue. grape taste like grape juice, apple taste just like a macintosh apple, orange taste just like a clementine orange, watermelon just like biting into one, and lemon like lemonade did not feel any results from it "no pump or energy" but it taste great makes u want to drink more during your workout!
