    I wish I could give this product a rating of 10. It tastes EXACTLY like a high-carb pan bread, and -- the highest accolade I can think of -- I would actually serve it to guests. I should say that while I like using this as breadcrumbs, I like it even more as straight bread, in its pre-crumbed stage. A slice next to a bowl of soup (had that for lunch today) or some eggs is a wonderful thing: Coming up I plan to use it as a bed for, say, creamed mushrooms, or as an open-face grilled-cheese sandwich, to go with a salad. It also makes terrific croutons, and has ZERO LOW-CARB "TWANG." Love this stuff.
