Very good, deep flavour. Tastes great. Nice to have such a sauce while on low carb. Some of the other BBQ sauces (low carb ones) that I have tried were just horrible. But this one is very good IMO.

Taste is great even if not on a diet. I used to get a sugar free bbq sauce that was good, but this one is even lower in calories without sacrificing taste. All the bbq flavors are good, but I like this spicy one best.

I love the Thick n Spicy BBQ sauce and use it all the time. It has a nice mild little kick to it and it's not too sweet. My grandson loves the ribs I make with it too. It's his favorite meal when he comes over.

This product tastes great. I am super picky about my Bruschetta and this tastes great. Has a great consistency and my husband, who isn't on a diet loves it as well. Definitely try it...I put it on some toasted light rye bread and sprinkle with a little parm cheese yummy!

Walden Farms can be very hit or miss. This is a hit. Only change I made to the seafood sauce was I added horseradish that it needed. I was very happy to find this and will buy it again (unlike the fruit spreads they make).

All the Walden Farms products are the best. We use the salad dressings, the chocolate syrup, fruit spread, peanut butter spread, chocolate dip, and the pancake syrup. We are very surprised at the flavor of the products for everything being zero. Great products.

I have been looking for a substitute like this for years! Pair this with some celery and you have a perfect low calorie low carb snack! The texture is almost the same as PB and the taste is pretty darn close. Whenever you buy a diet product you cannot expect it to be just the same but I have tried plenty of products to know that this stuff is as close as anyone will get to a Calorie FREE Peanut Butter! Yum! Now if only it would come to stores!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this stuff! I cannot tell you how many times this spread has saved me from making some bad 'binge' like food choices. I struggle with disordered eating and my weight has fluctuated as a result. This spread has helped me to feel like I am really 'eating' something rich and yummy without triggering the guilt that eating a similar quantity of peanut butter would. Warning, if you expect this stuff to taste exactly like peanut butter, you WILL be disappointed. Rather, it has peanut butter like qualities. The mouth feel is good, the density satisfies and it does have a 'peanutty' taste. It does not totally replicate peanut butter though, so keep those expectations in check. I like it WITH other products, such as a Walden Farms jam for a PB&J. I have also had it on crackers with a little Splenda for a treat. Overall, I'm hooked!

I mix this Peanut Spread in fat-free, sugar free yogurt for a nice peanut taste. Although the texture isn't quite like regular peanut butter, I find that the taste is still true to peanut butter. I highly recommend Walden Farms products, due to the calorie-free content and I highly recommend Netrition.com, due to their good prices and good shipping costs.

The French Onion is a god-send for making those raw veggies more palatable without adding extra calories, especially after I've spiced it up. For a very low-cal dip instead of a zero-carb dip, I like to add about a tablespoon of mayo to the jar, along with a generous amount of turmeric. Mmmm! As something of a chocolate connoisseur, I can't recommend the Chocolate dip at all -- definitely an aftertaste. Don't expect the Marshmallow to be rich, but it adds fabulous variety as a veggie dip. I also like to make "fluff sandwhiches" by spreading the Marshmallow on low-carb bread along with peanut butter. YUM! Just remember, folks, these dips have ZERO calories, so don't expect a rich, gourmet flavor. However, I went from 335 pounds to 110 pounds, and I could NOT have done it without Walden Farms.

I cannot say enough good things about Walden Farms products! Four months into a diet and exercise program, I have lost over 35 pounds. The variety that Walden Farms products provide has definitely contributed to my success. I sometimes have bananas with the chocolate dip, apples with caramel dip, and the calorie-free jellies on high-fiber bread. My salads are always very enjoyable with the calorie-free dressings. The taste and texture of Walden Farms products may vary with those of their full-fat, full-sugar counterparts, but they are an EXCELLENT substitute.

I have so enjoyed trying the various Walden Farms products. Some have been incredible winners (like the Balsamic Vinaigrette, the Chocolate Dip & Apricot Fruit Spread). And others have not been as great (like the Strawberry Fruit Spread- it tastes like strawberry Twizzlers!) The Chocolate Dip is great, & impossible to believe it has "0" calories! The Balsamic salad dressing has been my anchor during these "salad days". What a great blessing these products have been on my weight-loss program. I lost 57 pounds in about 7 months, & am now maintaining my weight with the help of Walden Farms. Thank you so much for your help & the quality of your products. They have been a God-Send...

Apricot & Raspberry are great tasting and substitute for the full sugar very well with taste. The texture is firm but they melt very easily. I have used the Raspberry, melted, to pour over low carb cheese cake and it firms up and makes a super icing. The apricot is really good on fried cheese crackers with cream cheese.

Walden Farms Blueberry is awesome! Since I live in PA dutch area - cottage cheese & apple butter is a staple around here. Tried cottage cheese with Walden Farms apple butter - not quite the same as Lancaster's but it hits the spot for low carb and will enable me to enjoy something I thought I was going to have to give up. Keep the flavors coming!!

I love this stuff. It tastes great, especially the raspberry. No carbs, no sugar, no bad stuff at all. If it could be improved at all, I guess it would be to make it have a consistency more like preserves rather than the way it is -- sorta like gelled cranberry sauce from a can. That is a real small factor, though. I use LOTS of the stuff for PB&Js, biscuits, toast, etc.

I struggle SO hard to keep my weight down and have several "crutches" that I rely on. The biggest crutch I have is these fruit spreads. I will happily sit down with a jar and a spoon and go at it. Being someone who is admittedly into the quantity of what I eat, and less concerned with the quality, I think this is the greatest product around. The apple and apricot are my favorite, followed by the raspberry and strawberry.

June 20, 2009 Reviewer: Mary in Texas |
The first time I tried this, I used it as traditional mayo on a sandwich and to make tuna salad. It was terrible! However, I gave it another go, this time using it to replace sour cream when making beans (with pico de gallo and guacamole). I like it much better as a sour cream replacement than as a mayo replacement. It has a "whang," that more closely replicates the sour bite of sour cream, than of traditional mayo. It's very thick, but if I need it to be softer, I just spoon out the amount needed and microwave it for a few moments. After heating it the first time, I'm totally hooked, now! I adore Walden Farms for allowing me to eat "normal foods" while maintaining a low-calorie eating plan.

Well, don't toss your jar just yet. :) The texture is there and while not a great taste on its own, here are some possible uses: for tuna or egg salad, mix it with half regular or lighter mayo, thereby stretching volume and essentially cutting your calories in half. Or combine with a low carb ketchup and make a passable Thousand Island dip or dressing. If your deviled eggs include enough of another flavor (I like Old Bay Seasoning in mine) the Waldens would work out fine without the addition of additional "real" mayo. My biggest issue with the product is that it seems awfully salty, and while I am not watching the sodium in my diet too carefully, the salty taste limits some of the ways you can use the product.

I just tried this product in place of regular mayo today but didn't really care for the taste. I am going to try mixing it with some mustard and see if it tastes any better. If not, it will be another product in the trash can.

The asian is very good (5) and I find it comparable to other asian type salad dressings. The raspberry is also very good(5), sweet and tart at the same time with a definite raspberry taste to it. The thousand isle is ok (3), but you can definitely tell there is no fat in it! if you can afford the calories, just make your own with mayo and Heinz One Carb ketchup (or Walden Farms no carb no cal ketchup) I also like the balsamic vinegarette (4), 'tho one batch I received wasn't quite sweet enough, but a drop of Fiberfit fixed that right up. Today I am ordering the cole slaw, and the caesar to give them a try. I did not like the ranch (1) nor the bacon ranch (0) as they seemed to have an artificial type aftertaste to them.

Like the Honey Dijon, LOVE the coleslaw!! Took the advice of one of the other writers and use it mixed in with my tuna for a wrap. I like sweet dressing and this is very sweet but great with tuna or chicken salad. Bacon Ranch ok, prob won't buy again. Love the packets. Thousand Island and Honey Dijon. Great idea. I always take them with me. Sweet Onion good but I think I'll stick with the others.

That said, I do think that these are a bit of an acquired taste. Do not expect an exact replica of full calorie versions. For those who can't stomach them, I recommend mixing them with a bit of mayo or going 50-50 with this and a regular dressing. |

I keep a wide variety of these on hand. Okay, they're not quite the same as other dressings, but close enough! And no calories or carbs! It's so nice to pour as much as I want on a salad. The taste is excellent. I love the Asian on coleslaw mix and I use the Coleslaw flavor for all my salads like tuna, chicken, deviled eggs....it's great!

| The best is the Honey Dijon but they are all so very good. They taste like the regular dressings. I keep thinking that this is too good to be true but it really does work and taste so great.
I have used them for over 3 years since I found them online. |

A great way to bring the dressings with you to restaurants, parties, and work......just wish they had packets available in more varieties...and they are a little hard to open

These are great for traveling. Since we travel frequently, I keep these on hand so I will have my own salad dressing when a restaurant doesn't have any healthy choices. The only problem I've had is on the airplane. Be sure and take them in a zip-lock bag in case they burst! I've had it happen twice! But, they are worth the trouble!

These are so handy and portable! I always carry a couple Thousand Island or Creamy Bacon packets with me so I can be prepared for restaurant dining. I prefer to avoid the crazy calories (and unknown sugar amounts) in restaurant dressings. I haven't tried the other flavors, but the ones I have are great.

These Walden Farms Salad Dressing Packets have saved me thousands of calories! But best of all, they are so tasty and handy to have in my purse, lunch bag for work, etc. I have shared them with others and spread the word. Most "diet" dressings are basically tasteless, but WF products really do taste good, as well as being so convenient. And the sweetener they contain is sucralose (think Splenda) instead of Aspartame (which so many low or calorie free things contain). I don't want to ever run out, as I have come to rely on these in this world of eating out and trying to abide by healthier eating! And of course my refrigerator has the bottles in it as well, for at home eating. I rank these a 5+!

Oh My! This is the best! Since starting Nutrisystems 6 months ago I thought Alfredo Sauce was a thing of the past, but now that I have successfully been on maintenance for over a month I thought I would give this sauce a try. I loved it. My husband, who is totally against anything sugar free or low fat, didn't know it was Walden's and gobbled it right up. He even commented that it tasted better than other Alfredo Sauces that seem so heavy. I am buying more of it today!

| I was thoroughly surprised at how delicious this sauce was.
I mix half a jar with no cal noodles and it is a meal in itself. Perfect for a low calorie diet or for those times when you are on Atkins and feel like you just have to have some kind of sauce to break up the monotony of protein by itself. For breakfast, I have a no carb, no fat protein shake, for lunch, I have half a jar of either the alfredo or marinara sauce with either 4-6 oz. ground beef or skinless, boneless chicken, or a can of water packed tuna. Add the no calorie noodles and I'm good to go. Very filling and delicious. The the same for dinner. I'm losing about 1 lb. per day on this system.(It works out to less than 300 calories per meal with everything I mentioned.) |

I have purchased several types of the Walden Farms sauces. I have used the Alfredo sauce in the dishes I make. I use the tofu Shirataki noodles [20 cal/serving] and add cooked chicken or turkey, some veggies [onions, garlic, peppers, broccoli] stir fry it, then add the WF Alfredo sauce. Amazing! Add a little light parmesan cheese, and I have a great tasting [generous serving] of pasta alfredo. The calories are extremely low, as the sauce has ZERO calories, the noodles have 20 cal/serving, and the veggies are very low in calories. Only the meat is the big ticket item. So I get a nice serving of dinner for under 200 calories. Excellent!

This syrup is great on my pancakes and I've tried a few, this is by far the best. It's thick and not watery and I haven't noticed an aftertaste at all. Can't go wrong. Highly recommended.

I bought the Walden Farm Pancake Syrup several weeks ago and after tasting it, don't think I will ever go back to "real" syrup. This stuff is great and tastes just like pancake syrup. I have even used it in baking because of the sweetness. I will definitely be buying more of this product!

I love Walden Farms chocolate and pancake syrup. The chocolate syrup is awesome for hot chocolate or even cold with just water and also good with the sugar free LaNouba marshmallows. The pancake syrup is not sticky. It has an awesome flavor!! Both curb that sweet sensation that we all get at times.

Walden Farms Chocolate Syrup is delicious, especially since there are no calories. I use it in protein shakes and put it in Greek yogurt with the Sensato SF choc chips with a little SF whipped cream. Also I use it to make hot chocolate with Soy Slender SF Chocolate Soy Milk. Great Product Walden Farms!!

I had given up on finding a sugar free, low carb syrup I could eat- everything I had tried tasted bland and had a chemical taste. But the Walden Farms Pancake Syrup is amazing. The best sugar free syrup on the market hands down! The chocolate is good over bananas, not quite as sweet as I would like... Going to try making some hot chocolate with it as someone suggested. Trying the strawberry and blueberry next. But the pancake syrup is the BOMB!
