Oil blends in easily, and then the peanut butter stays creamy even after it's chilled. Flavor is good. I
like saltier pb, but it's simple enough to add salt
if desired. Good stuff.

Oh so good, just mix it up a bit when you get it. It is a bit bland at first, and if you don't get used to it just use a bit of truvia to sweeten it. Love it for baking.
I was thrilled to find these here. I love them and you get a nice sized bag for a great price. These have a good flavor and are crunchy. My fav's are the peanut butter and the pecan shortbread. I am on here now to order more. Hope they never stop selling these. Best sugar-free cookies I have ever eaten.

I'm not a diabetic, but I am looking to lower my sugar intake -- what better way to satisfy my sweet tooth than sugar-free cookies?!
I ordered the coconut kind because I am a coconut FANATIC, and was pretty impressed with the ingredient list and nutrition stats. It's only 95 calories for 4 cookies, and normally it only takes 1 or 2 to quell my after-dinner cravings.
These cookies have a great, lightly sweet coconut flavor to them. Unfortunately, they are very small (about the size of a half dollar) and VERY crispy, so you can't really just take a bite of one. You really need to pop the whole thing in your mouth and give a good crunch to taste it. Alone they are really nothing special... I like to dress them up with a little dollop of Cool Whip or Jell-O sugar free cheesecake pudding to really make them into a delicious sweet treat. All in all, an OKAY substitute for the sugar-laden cookies at your grocery store, but if you're looking for something overly sweet, this is not it.

The Best. Honestly. Even with the maltitol. THICK. Full of flavor. Have tried LOTS of other s-f/low-carb pancake syrups, and this, hands down, unquestionably, is tops. .....
We've been on Atkins diet 6 years and found this ~3 years ago. GREAT cooking additive as well, i.e. to add to room temperature or hot foods, whether drizzled over fruit compotes, french toast, pancakes, La Nouba waffles, fried apples w. cinnamon, sweet potatoes (all these foods are treats we have in smaller quantities). Would be fine with chilled foods as well, but because the syrup is SO thick, it becomes even thicker at cold temps. If I need a thinner pouring consistency, I put some in a MW-safe condiment cup or bowl and warm it in the microwave 10-20 seconds.
I have tried nearly every sugar-free pancake syrup product on the market. Most are either too runny or taste awful. Joseph's is perfect. It is thick and tastes just like maple syrup. Don't overeat too much of this though. Excessive consumption can be unfortunate.
