Why pay more with another brand when this one is just as good? I've baked with both Bob's Red Mill and Sensato and haven't noticed any difference. I bet you won't either.
Has a nice texture, evenly ground. Not too fine, not too coarse. Perfect. Have had positive results each time. Will definitely purchase as needed. Have ordered the 1 lb. and the 5 lb. packages with identical results when used in baking. I love this stuff!
I must agree with other reviewers...why pay more? Great product, better price than other brands. I buy large bags of sliced almonds to grind and add to the almond flour in order to make it go farther and further reduce the cost. I use lots of almond flour for (sugar free) chocolate torte and (sugar free) rum balls.
This is a real high quality Almond Meal/Flour. I have tried different brands and so far, this one and the one I have purchased elsewhere work the best. Except the other one I have purchased was $12 for 1 lb.
I use the Almond Meal/Flour as coating to make fry food and low carbs peanut butter cookies, there were so yummy.

I've used this to make low carb zucchini and pumpkin muffins... worked perfectly and lends a flour-like texture. I couldn't detect a coconut flavour in the finished muffins.
POWDERED Erythritol has changed my life as a baker! I thought I had completely ran out of options in advancing my sugar free, natural baking when I bought Erythritol crystals and they had a terrible cooling effect. The powdered form inhibits the crystalization and eliminated the cooling effect. I bake everything with this stuff. My Italian family, with all of our traditional high-fat desserts, goes crazy over my sweets with this stuff. They never suspect a thing until I tell them it's sugar free. The gastronomic side effects associated with sugar alcohols are also not as common for Erythritol.
A versatile, non-caloric sweetener that I can heartily recommend. I've been using it for baking for years and love the results. I typically use it as the "bulk" sweetener, measure for measure in recipes, and add some drops of liquid sucralose (Splenda) to make up for it being not quite as sweet as sugar. The powdered version works best. From flour based cakes to cheesecakes, I've found this to be a real substitute for all that sugar.
I still use the liquid sucralose in my coffee, (EZ Sweets)but erythritol gets used for most everything else. (except for jams and jellies, it crystallizes.)
This finely powdered product is comparable to confectioners sugar and especially useful in recipes where the granular version may not dissolve completely and a smooth consistency is important.
Erythritol is a great sugar substitute. I used erythritol for all our holiday baking and did not gain a pound ...no carb and extremely low glycemic effect. I greatly suggest the powdered instead of granular.
I really like the powdered erythritol. It blends easily and it sure beats that bitter aftertaste that Splenda sweeteners can give, especially with chocolate. I have switched to using the erythritol almost exclusively for my desserts and sweets making. Thank you, Netrition, for offering the powdered form. I can only find granular in my local stores and the powdered is much better.
Hallelujah! After following a low-carb lifestyle for awhile, a lot of people will tell you... breakfast is challenging sometimes. After awhile, there is only so many ways you can cook an egg--you know? This cereal is my answer. I love everything about it-- it's a hot, yummy, comfort food that satisfies just the way that oatmeal or cream of wheat would, and the flavors are great! The best part for me, though, is all that fabulous fiber. I sometimes struggle with digestion issues on the Atkins diet, but adding in just a few extra veggies and a bowl of this cereal every morning? Bye-bye tummy troubles! My favorite is the strawberry, because it has just enough natural sweetness that I rarely feel the need for a pack of splenda or anything extra. My one bit of advice-- the flax seed texture takes a little getting used to, but experiment with the amount of water you add to find the texture that you most enjoy. (Just like oatmeal--people have different tastes/ideas about consistency? This cereal is no different.) Love it, love it, love it!!!

Wow. I am not a big breakfast eater but I know how important it is. Since I am a home care nurse and on the road all day, I have to eat something filling as I don't know when I'll be able to eat again. This fits the bill perfectly and is so filling I can't even eat a whole serving! A half of a serving fills me right up. I do add a bit of half and half for a creamier texture but it's delicious either way. I just ordered the three other flavors and if they are as yummy as the Butter Pecan, I'll be one happy girl! Highly recommended!

My husband and I are both on the Atkins diet plan. After a while you get a little tired of eating eggs for breakfast. The vanilla almond hot cereal satisfies our cravings for oatmeal. It's filling and delicious and helps keep things "moving" in the right direction.

For all you diabetics and low carbers, this is the best tasting granola out there. I drink it with water throughout the day--easy to eat at work--great snack on the run!!!
Love, Love, LOVE this cereal/granola!!! My husband thought this was regular granola "but awesome tasting!" he says. Had this with half and half(1/2 cup) for a great breakfast with total of 6 net carbs! Also have found that when I am still hungry later in the evening, I have a serving of this and the hefty dose of fiber bulk does the trick, I am consequently full...and regular!!!

This stuff is so good I had to take a moment to write a review! One thing I miss eating low carb are foods I used to enjoy snacking on like crackers, cereal straight from the box and pretzels. The low carb cracker and cereals I've tried all failed to meet my expectations. I was beginning to think I'd just have to give up this category of food all together and move on. Then, I decided to drop a Sugar Free Nut & Flax Cherry Granola in my shopping basket. I was skeptical and figured I'd taste it and throw it straight into the trash like all the others before it. Wow! Was I wrong and very happily surprised by how tasty and satisfying this stuff is! The texture is similar to traditional granola but less dense and hard. There is definitely still crunch. The taste is outstanding - distinctly cherry without being overwhelming or fake tasting. I love the subtle hints of pecan. With the amount of fiber, this is nice and filling. Especially if you consume it with a liquid. I find I often am satisfied having eating a 1/4 of a cup, which is half a serving. Just for the record, I am rarely ever satisfied with one serving of anything. I enjoyed this granola so much that I immediately went online and reordered the cherry, along with the cinnamon and cranberry flavors. I don't plan on being without this so long as Netrition carries it!

As good as most of the reviews state and then some. I even let my wife try some and she gave it a thumbs up. That is saying something as she is a very selective eater. I can not find a low carb yogurt so that is out for me. But with some low carb milk or just plain out of the bag I find this to be a god send. I finally have a morning meal other than eggs. Also one that is quick to go...

I love melting these in the microwave and making Rum Balls with them...for one package of chips just add 1 1/4 cup almond flour (tightly packed), 1/3 cup rum, 1/2 tsp vanilla extract, and 1/2 cup Splenda. Roll in either ground almonds or a mix of equal parts cocoa and Splenda. The hard part is letting them sit overnight before indulging. Sensato Sugar-free Chocolate Chips melt into a smooth chocolate that is so easy to work with and does not taste sugar free.
I live in the South and during check out it was recommended I get the cold packs which I did. But alas, they were still melted into a solid. But I didn't care, I layed them out flat and mashed them into a somewhat flat package then refrigerated. I took them out after they were cold and broke them into pieces before I opened the bag. Just eat a few pieces (or more) straight from the bag! Yum!
