Wow - absolutely delicious! The chocolate is less sweet than the Reese's version but the peanut butter filling is darn near the same. I actually prefer the less-sweet taste! There is a tiny - and I do mean tiny - chalky taste in the chocolate but it is so small that it doesn't take away from the overall pleasure. It's a GREAT chocolate-fix! I have reordered the 12-twinpak size.

Wow! They get a lil dry and no they are not a real peanut butter cup, but for what they are, they are great with a lil glass of almond milk. I don't crave for any other sweets. Great product here. Get em.

I really enjoyed these. Do they taste identical to a reeses? No, they have protein in them so don't expect a typical candy pb cup. They have a chalky texture to the pb interior. The coating isn't real chocolate either so it's not rich. However they're a great substitute & still have a pleasant flavor. I wouldn't buy an entire box but if I needed a quick chocolate snack with protein, these would fit the bill.
I think these are fantastic! At first I noticed that the texture is not exactly like potato chips, but now that I'm used to them, I love the texture and the flavor. So easy to keep in my desk or add to my lunch bag for an easy protein snack or addition to my lunch of cold cuts or whatever. Love the low carb content, low calories and 21 grams of protein. Recommend - try all flavors; the only one I wasn't fond of was the salt and vinegar, but I've never liked salt and vinegar potato chips either.
They have a texture that is a cross between a baked chip and a cracker, but better than regular baked chips. Then...I had a brainstorm! I put them on a plate, sprinkled with cheese and melted in the microwave for about 35 seconds. WOW! I had NACHOS. I can have nachos again for 5 carbs!!!! Like another reviewer noted, about 1/4 of the bag was crumbs, which is a bummer, but I will definitely buy again. I also can't wait to try with some spinach dip.

I tried the sour cream and onion chips. They definitely had the taste, texture and crispness of regular potato chips. The major difference was they lingered longer in the mouth and didn't dissolve the way that regularly starchy potato chips would. Overall a very good product, considering its protein and carb content. They are pricey though, which will limit my consumption.

These bars are amazing! I have been waiting for a truly low carb bar that wasn't filled with any sugar, sugar alcohols, evaporated cane juice, brown rice syrup or whatever you want to call it... it's all junk.
These bars clearly have out of this world ingredients and can be eaten without any guilt. I have had to be very strict on my diet so regular protein bars have been out for me.
I really like that they don't use any soy either which is something I know other bars use to save on costs.
These taste so good that the only complaint I have is that they can be hard to stop eating.
I will never run out of these and will keep my cupboards well stocked.
I tried all 5 of the flavors of these bars. Being a gastric bypass patient, I need protein sources low in sugar content to avoid the dreaded "dumping syndrome" and these bars fit the bill! I've tried the Atkins bars but the sugar alcohols in them do a number on my digestive system with some pretty foul results. These bars being a good protein source have very low sugar counts and most of the carbs are fiber sourced.
I will agree that 10-15 secs in the microwave wrapped in a paper towel is the best way to enjoy these. All were good out of the package but warmed a little, the consistency loosened a bit and they became, dare I say, dessert-like.
Compared to other bars out there, these seem to be the best low-carb option (and them tasting good is a big bonus).
Apple Pie - tastes like a Nutrigrain apple bar
Peanut Butter - almost tastes like Reese's peanut butter pie
Almond - tasted like candy...someone said Bit O Honey and that is fair
Chocolate - tasted like a vending machine brownie...not the best but not terrible either
Berry - this one was my least favorite...mainly because I don't dig strawberries and this had a bit of the strawberry flavor coming through but otherwise was decent.
One benefit I didn't get from these was with all that fiber, I was expecting a smooth movement but the protein counter balanced that and things were a bit rocky...
I tried both the peanut butter and vanilla almond flavor. I think the vanilla one tastes kind of like the bit-o-honey candy. It was very chewy too. I would definitely buy it again. The peanut butter flavor was just o.k. for me.
I hope they end up with more flavors because I thought the nutritional value on these bars was great. Very high in both protein and fiber, which made it lower in carbs. No sugar alcohols so I have no "digestive issues".
Quest bars are the best bars on the market! Since I've found Quest, I will never eat another nutrition bar. I eat one per day, whether it be from their original line or their natural line. My favorite flavors are Chocolate Brownie and Cinnamon Roll. All of their flavors taste great, but I am partial to these two. The taste isn't overpowering or too sweet. True, the original line contains Sucralose, but only a very little amount. I would highly recommend this bar to anyone is who is interested in a great tasting bar loaded with protein and tons of FIBER.
Overall, I find Quest bars to be really hit or miss. I'm rating them a 5 because I love the good flavors, but the bad ones are really inedible. Buyer beware. I've tried every kind, so I'll review them each below. In case you don't want to read all the way down, I'll just tell you that the Coconut Cashew is my favorite, and I also like the Double Chocolate Chunk, Lemon Cream Pie, and Chocolate Peanut Butter.
Now to the reviews:
Banana Nut Muffin - 0/5. Horrifying. I actually threw it away, and I NEVER throw food away.
Chocolate Peanut Butter - 4/5. One point off for being kind of a light flavor. More like chocolate with bits of peanut. It's also a bit thicker/denser than some of the other kinds.
Cinnamon Roll - 3.5/5. Not particularly memorable, just a light cinnamon flavor in a sweet protein bar.
Coconut Cashew - 5/5. This one is the winner in the bunch. The texture is particularly nice, and the combination of coconut and cashew works really, really well. It's got a pleasant sandiness to it that I really enjoy.
Double Chocolate Chunk - 4.5/5. Has the same big chunks of chocolate that I like so much in the sucralose-sweetened bars, but in a chocolate base this time and no sucralose.
Lemon Cream Pie - 4.5/5. I would call this more of a lemon zest-vanilla flavor than straight up lemon. It's sandy the way the Coconut Cashew is. My notes say that I found the flavor "healthy"-tasting.
Strawberry Cheesecake - 3/5. Meh. I didn't think the strawberry flavor was concentrated enough, so it was a little bland to me. It was a pretty good facsimile of a strawberry cheesecake though, so if you like that kind of thing you may like this one better than I did.
By far the best tasting non-chocolate, low carb protein bar on the market! Strawberry Cheesecake is my favorite. The Lemon Cream Pie is really good too, as I am a lemon fan and this bar is very lemony. Cinnamon Roll is fairly good, but I think the fruit flavors are better. I am going to try the rest of the flavors, just to switch it up. I'm pretty confident they will be good too. I'll report back after I have tried the other flavors.
I love Quest Bars! They are delicious and provide outstanding protein and fiber for a very reasonable number of calories. To top it all off their products are all natural! My favorites are Double Chocolate Chunk, Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough, Chocolate Peanut Butter, and Coconut Cashew; I highly recommend them. The only real downside is that they taste so good that you might start eating them like candy bars (eek); but if you're looking for a healthy candy bar, you found it.
