The consistency of the seafood sauce is very thin, however, the taste is very good! This sauce is much better than other brands with similar nutritional values. If you are trying to go sugar free and you really miss cocktail sauce with your shrimp, I would certainly suggest trying this one. I would buy this product again.

I purchased the "Original BBQ Sauce". The taste and texture was offensive. It tasted like the smell of an old piece of fruit in a trash can. The texture was like an industrial lubricant like silicone, having a slimy slippery mouth feel.

When I saw this product from Green Valley Ranch, I thought, well, let's try it. WOW! it is so good! I even bought some for my daughter who also loves it. It is great w/ chicken, pork, sweet n' sour meatballs, and you don't have to feel guilty about the sugar~there is none. I love this product.
I tried the "blue cheese" which has no blue cheese or dairy in it. It's mostly mild, sweet, it tastes faintly like blue cheese dressing. I'm giving it a high rating because it doesn't have any weird chemical flavor, unlike another zero calorie brand. I think this dressing has a lot of black peppercorn oil, so if you don't like black pepper you won't like this.

These dressings are very thin, but have great flavor. I like a really big salad for lunch and make my own full fat dressings from healthy oils, vinegars, and seasonings. However, if I use enough to dress the entire salad, I get too much fat. I have been using 1/3 homemade dressing to 2/3 Green Valley Ranch dressings. The flavor is great and the calorie/fat count is perfect. My favorites are Blue Cheese and Raspberry Vinaigrette.
Most of them taste nothing like the flavor. I got the chocolate, the strawberry and the maple. They all have a bitterness to them, and are not pleasing. The maple has the most redeeming qualities. A little thin, but tastes somewhat like maple, at least. I would recommend going with others before this one.
