We love this sweetener! I have done A LOT of research on natural sweeteners and this is the one I chose for 2 reasons. #1 THE TASTE; I don't care how healthy a sweetener is, if it doesn't taste good you won't have a tendency to use it. Fructevia tastes the closest to actual sugar we have ever tried (and I have spared no expense in trying the "best" out there). There is NO aftertaste. There might be the slightest hint of a fruity flavor when you try it straight, but used in beverages or to sweeten other things you can't tell the difference. I am very picky about aftertaste; when other people can't pick up on it, I can. #2 THE SWEETENERS USED; Fruitose brand crystalline fructose and Stevia. Again, A LOT of research went into choosing this sweetener. The fructose used in Fructevia is not your average fructose. Most of the time it comes from corn. This fructose is made from pure sugar and has a purity level above 99.5%. I know fructose is getting a bad rap right now, but I believe when people start actually looking at the facts instead of all the hype, they will see that crystalline fructose is NOT the same as high fructose corn syrup. Especially for people with blood sugar issues, fructose can be a real help, with a glycemic index of only 19, it hardly raises your blood sugar levels at all. When you combine it with stevia, which has a glycemic index of 0, you have a winning combination. I believe this combination of sweeteners, Fruitose brand fructose and stevia, to be the best, for both health and taste.

I gave my brother a bag of fructevia to try baking diabetic cookies, it made his cookies so good tasting, they tasted better than any sugar substitute that he has tried, very good tasting.

Very good product. Have used in coffee and baking, no problems. Especially good in cream cheese cloud/cream cheese muffin recipes. I unfortunately get headaches with the use of too much Splenda, so this is a wonderful alternative sweetner for the family and myself. Made a large batch of cream cheese clouds yesterday and brought over to our friends house for dessert. Even their bloodhound anti-low carb teenagers didn't know it was not sugar, and better yet, they argued with me that it had to be, or they "would've known!!". Thank you Steviva, HA!

Excellent product. I have diabetes and definitely missed my sugar. I have been using Steviva for over 6 months and it doesn't effect my blood sugar levels at all and it tastes GREAT. Thank You Steviva!

Finally a product for those of us that like to bake, want cookies and cakes to be "normal" but don't like fake sugars like splenda, sucralose etc. This is exactly like cooking with sugar 99% of the time (didn't work for me trying to make peanut brittle and gave cooling effect) and nobody knows the difference. Best low carb but healthy product ever invented. It's easy to go low carb. Missing for some of us is low carbers is healthy sweeteners. Thanks a million for this!
