AWESOME! DELICIOUS! HELPFUL!!! After nearly 10 months on the Atkins Diet (and 101.5 lbs lost so far) I am finally at the point where I have eliminated plateaus thanks to these Atkins Advantage Meal Replacement Bars. I had tried them at the beginning of the diet and I blamed them for my plateau and stopped using them. Boy was I wrong! After I got rid of my old fashioned scale and replaced it with one that shows my weight digitally in tenths of a pound I was finally able to determine what worked and what messed me up. I now use one Atkins Meal Advantage bar a day as a meal replacement (lunch or dinner) and I allow myself a second Atkins Day Break bar as a snack each day, usually in the evening. While losing weight I only use the Day Break bars with 10 gr. of protein (some flavors have less), but I will probably use all the various Atkins bars later when I am in maintenance. THE THING EVERYONE NEEDS TO UNDERSTAND IS THAT THERE ARE A LOT OF DIFFERENT ATKINS BARS AND THAT THEY ARE NOT ALL ALLOWED DURING INDUCTION. Stick to the Atkins ADVANTAGE MEAL Bars and the Atkins ADVANTAGE Ready-To-Drink Shakes if you want to lose weight fast. The Atkins Endulge bars are something I feel good about giving to my grandkids but I could not keep up my rapid weight loss if I ate them now. I will save those until maintenance. As always - read your labels and make sure you have picked up the right Atkins bar to meet your needs. Do not fall for the false idea that calories do not count if you avoid carbs. Calories count too. These Atkins Advantage Meal bars are a great way to keep carbs and calories BOTH down and protein up.

I follow a strict low card & medium fat diet.
I ordered these bars because I wanted to lose some weight and because I can't find any good protein products in France. I actually never tasted such great tasting protein bars.
They are filling and contain high amounts of fiber which is satiating too.
But be careful cause some of them may be too good and not enough filling. The temptation to eat one more may be too strong ;)(watch carefully the nutrition facts of each bars.
For people who want to lose weight, i recommend all the 60 grams weight bars. (the most filling)
And I'd add the caramel double chocolate crunch bar - the cookies and cream bar & the peanut butter / fudge granola bars.
For people who want to maintain their weight by following a low carb diet, I recommend every Atkins products !
You won't be disappointed.
Those bars avoid me so many sugar rush.
I am the type of person who will not eat something unless I enjoy it and to waste carbs on a candy bar it must taste great. The Atkins Endulge Caramel Nut Chew bar taste very close to a Snickers bar. I love them. I feel like Iím cheating on my diet when I eat them. Which is the point? This is the first low carb candy bar that I have enjoyed. My only problem is I have trouble stopping at just one.
I was never a shake person. However, I am now a big time user.
I love lattes and use the chocolate and vanilla for my milk. But my biggest discovery is to use the vanilla as my liquid in my baking. The only recipe I didn't like was the biscuits...they just shouldn't be sweet. But my muffins, pancakes and waffles, OH MY! The great thing is if you don't add vanilla, you keep 1 carb out and if you don't use splenda you can keep 48 carbs out for every cup. I finally got splenda to tell me the carb count for the regular splenda packets...it is 48 carbs per cup.
I bake with my carbquik and Atkins and save so many carbs and love it...I do add the extra baking powder and everything is light and fluffy...it is worth the 1 carb for that teaspoon. Try it, you will love the Atkins with the carbquik.

I can't tell you how often these delicious shakes have stopped me from falling off my low carb diet. The vanilla shake tastes a lot like condensed milk in a can and can be used as a milk/cream substitute on low carb cereals, in coffee or in recipes.
Love these shakes...especially the Cafe Caramel Latte and Chocolate Royale. I'm a serious chocoholic..so I was surprised that my absolute favorite of all the flavors turned out to be the Strawberry Supreme...YUM! Filling shakes that taste great!
Strawberry, dark chocolate, and french vanilla are all incredible. Filling and thick with a nice, real flavor. The coffee varieties have a bit of a weird taste, I'd prefer to make my own mocha with real coffee and the chocolate shake dumped in (I have done this, too. It is great.)
The extra fat in these shakes versus standard "protein" smoothies, shakes, and powders makes them so much thicker and tastier. I love the consistency.
If atkins sold protein powder I'd buy it to make larger quantities. They're on the low end for protein count anyway.
Definitely try pouring them in the blender with some ice and xanthan gum, any other mix-ins for a summer shake. They froth up nicely.
Some of these bars are better than others but watch out for the actual carbs on these - it is really high. We're doing net carbs so it is lower but still pretty high for a low carb product. Our favorite bars are the Peanut Butter Fudge Crisp and the Chocolate Hazelnut in this group. Another favorite of this brand in another grouping is the Nut Chew bars. They're smaller but similar to a snickers mixed with a milky way.
The chocolate Day Break shake tastes great (even warm!) and keeps me full until lunchtime. I like the fat and protein profile (a good amount of fat, not too much protein) and that it does not contain any sugar alcohols.

I tried all three flavors available at the time (Strawberry Banana, Wild Berry, and Creamy Chocolate).
The Creamy Chocolate shake is the standout. Its flavor is better than either of the Atkins Advantage chocolate shake flavors. It's 3g net carbs rather than 2g like the Advantage shakes, but that extra carb is definitely worth it. I'd describe the flavor (not the texture, obviously) as being something like a fast-food-restaurant chocolate shake.
The other two flavors were also nice and I'll probably order them again.
The different packaging from the Advantage shakes, with a re-closeable cap instead of a foil tab, is much nicer, especially if you want to drink on the run or just want to drink some of it and save the rest in the refrigerator.
I have mixed feelings about the Atkins shakes. The strawberry banana and mixed berry shakes have a VERY artificial flavor, and taste almost like liquid medicine, especially the mixed berry. The strawberry banana is creamy and if you drink it when its super cold it is not so bad, but its not the greatest either. My faves are the other version of Atkins shakes especially the caramel mocha? I think its called, and there is another coffee flavor one as well, the creamy chocolate is also good, that and the dark chocolate royal, and vanilla.
This is by far my favorite of all the Atkins bars. It isn't too hard, crumbly, or chewy like many of them. Best tasting too.
These bars are one of the lowest in carbs in the Atkins line and I was able to lose weight using them for meal replacement.

I don't particularly like nuts and a lot of the chocolate bars contain nuts...these don't, which is why I really enjoy them. They have a nice chew to them, remind me of a lot of a Milky Way bar without as much caramel in them. The chocolate tastes a little more like dark chocolate than milk chocolate but when you want a nut-free chocolate candy bar without all the carbs, this is the one to try!

better to buy natural dark chocolate covered almonds. these are cheap small almonds with a fake waxy chocolate coating. i understand they have to use their sugar free chocolate but it doesn't have the richness of real chocolate. and real dark chocolate doesn't even have a lot of sugar in it anyways so why not just get the real thing.
As a type-1 diabetic, I have to be very careful that "low-carb" stuff is really low-carb. And this pasta does great things for my blood sugars! The other brand offered on this site, which is advertised as "low-digestable" pasta really sent my blood sugars through the roof. But this Atkins type was great. And it really does taste good. It's a bit chewier maybe than regular pasta (not sure; I'm no expert). But it's wonderful to enjoy mac-and-cheese (in this case, penne-and-cheese) and other pasta dishes again. I'm thrilled to find this product.
Love, love, LOVE this product! I just finished with the Ideal Protein Diet (lost 40 pounds - woo hoo!) and will definitely be sticking with a sugar free / low carb protocol to keep the weight off and to keep me feeling GREAT. However, as an Italian-American girl, I need my pasta and living without it for 4 months was torture! So now that I have reached my goal, I treated myself to this pasta for the first time last night and was absolutely amazed. You would NEVER know that it is low carb! It was delicious and kept an "al dente" texture. It's still more carbs than I normally allow myself, so I'll only have it once a week. After all, I grew up in the "Wednesday is Prince Spaghetti Day" generation. I just wish Atkins would make a Spaghetti rather than just offering the one variety.
This being the only low carb pasta I've seen, I had to try it. It's still a little high in carbs (for me) so I use it sparingly. I first used it in a chicken soup instead of noodles or rice and found that it cooked up really well and tasted great. Really added substance. Have also used it as the noodles for beef stroganoff - very good. Next I'll try it with marinara.
