| Recommended Use: Mix 2 scoops in 12-14 oz (340-400 ml) of cold water. For best results use within 30 minutes after strength training.
LOADING PHASE: First time users- to obtain 20-30 gm of creatine per day for the first 4-5 days, we recommend spiking your Creatine Xtreme with a pure creatine monohydrate supplement, such as Power Creatine.
MAINTENANCE PHASE: After loading phase- use Creatine Xtreme once a day for 3 weeks. Thereafter, we recommend cycling off Creatine for two weeks before restarting the maintenance phase. |
