Have tried both the baked and no-bake process. Baked is my preference. The blueberry or strawberry sugar free syrups available at this site and sugar free whipping creme make for a dessert experience that is low in carb and lower in calorie than a regular cheesecake.
I love this cheesecake, taste like the high carb type. The trick I have learned with these mixes is do not overbake. It seems to make all the difference in the overall product. Try this cheesecake. I do not think you will be disappointed.
Delicious. The best Cheese Cake I've ever had. Excellent, easy to make. You won't be disappointed. Great texture to it. You just have to try it. Once you do, you're hooked. It is great not only for that special occasion but a great dessert for any time. I can't praise it enough, simply delicious.

I loved this cheesecake. I used some sour cream in it in place of some of the cream cheese and it turned out more like strawberry short cake. mmmmmmmmmmmmmm it was yummy with strawberries on top.
This review is specific to Carb Counters Cheesecake Mix, Strawberry Daiquiri
Ingredients: Dry egg white, vegetable fiber, dehulled soy beans, low glycemic monosaccharide, Lo Han Kuo fruit concentrate, locust bean gum, guar gum, acacia gum, xanthan gum, vanilla powder, calcium sulfate, silica.
Recommended Use: FOR BAKED VERSION: You will need 3 large eggs, 2- 8 oz packages of Philadelphia Brand Cream Cheese and 1 cup of warm water. Preheat over to 325 degrees. Move one oven rack to the lowest position and place a cookie sheet on it. Move remaining rack to the center position. Place cream cheese in large, microwave safe bowl and heat in microwave on normal setting for 1-2 minutes, until cheese is softened. Using electric mixer or whip, mix cream cheese until smooth. Stir in one inner pack of cheese cake mix, eggs and warm water. Beat on medium speed (or vigorously with whip) for 2 minutes more (until creamy and smooth), scraping sides of bowl often. Batter will be thin. Coat pan with non- stick cooking spray. Pour evenly into 7 inch spring form cheesecake pan, or 8 inch or 9 inch layer cake pan. Place pan directly on rack in center position of the oven.Bake for one hour.Cool at room temperature for 30 minutes and chill in the fridge for 1 1/2 hours or speed chill in freezer for 30 minutes. Serve chilled. makes 9 inch "NEW YORK CITY STYLE" cheesecake servings.
CREAMY NO BAKE VERSION: You will need 1 cup whipped cream & 2 -8 oz packages of softened Philadelphia Brand Cream Cheese and 2 tablespoons of water. Whip 1 cup heavy whipping cream in medium/large bowl until stiff peaks form. Set aside. Mix softened cream cheese, with 2 Tablespoons of water and one pack of cheese cake mix in medium bowl and beat with electric mixer or whip until smooth, creamy, and well-blended (1-2 minutes). Gently fold in whipped cream and spoon into 7inch spring form cheesecake pan or 8 inch or 9 inch layer cake pan. Chill for 2-3 hours until set. Serve chilled. Makes 12 rich and creamy servings.
NOTE: Spray pan before pouring in mix to eliminate leakage.
Variation: Add 2 tsp lemon extract to either one.
