Eden Pumpkin Seeds are a nutritious and healthy snack food. An excellent source of protein, dietary fiber, phosphorus and magnesium. Cholesterol free and low sodium. A source of potassium, iron, zinc, and omega 3, 6, and 9. Although they are high in fat, they are lower in saturated fats and higher in healthy monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats. Dry Roasted: The delicious flavor of dry roasted organic pumpkin seeds, lightly coated with a bit of our fine Atlantic sea salt. Low in sodium, cholesterol free and an excellent source of magnesium and dietary fiber. Certified organic pumpkin seeds are dry roasted at our AIB rated Superior, Michigan facility. After roasting, the seeds are lightly coated with sea salt and allowed to naturally air dry before packaging in protective, re-sealable 4 ounce bags.

Spicy: The delicious flavor of dry roasted organic pumpkin seeds lightly coated with a bit of our organic tamari soy sauce, and mixed with organic garlic powder, and organic cayenne pepper creates this unique, hot and spicy snack food.

July 31, 2008 Reviewer: Jonathan in Illinois Both flavors are fantastic tasting snacks, though I always prefer the spicy varieties. I do not believe these to be 0 carb, though. The week I put these into my diet I left ketosis, and when analyzing my food products for that week this was the most likely culprit since no other pumpkin seeds I found stated to be so low in net carbs. Most carb counting sites put the kernel around 15% net carb counts. Counting these whole seed variety as 3g net carbs per serving hasn't caused any problems, but counting them as 0g may have.
