I used to blend this in with my protein shakes to "regulate your pH levels when on a high protein diet" but couldn't stand the taste. My chick found the half empty container and mixed a scoop with her soy milk and ice; Now I'm ordering it every other week for her, she loves it. Good anti-oxidant, but strange minty taste. They make a chocolate flavor also.
I'd been looking for a good green supplement to add to my morning drink - this is absolutely the best. The green tea taste is fabulous - mixes beautifully - very smooth. It's the best green supplement I've tasted.
