| I was experiencing hot flashes every half hour. They were keeping me up at night. After about two weeks of using this product, I noticed that I wasn't having any hot flashes. I was sleeping through the night. I wake up feeling good, not groggy. I have been using this product for one month now. I haven't noticed any side effects. |
