The most important factor when considering a protein powder is not taste or mixability, but if it works. I've tried many proteins, and GF Pro provides the fastest recovery after workouts of any so far. This stuff is absolutely amazing. Yes, due to the addition of citric acid, and the manufacturer's higher reliance on acesulfame p over sucralose for sweetening, some flavors do tend to have a slightly "bitter" aftertaste. Cherry Blast, Raspberry Lemonade and Green Apple where the worst offenders. Personally, I prefer the Chocolate, Vanilla and Blueberry. I mix mine with a fat free, low carb dairy beverage for additional protein and better taste over using water.
I put a little Splenda in this and mixed it up in the blender with ice and water yesterday- DELICIOUS. It mixed amazing! it is probably one of the best tasting vanilla proteins I've had. so so good! and the calorie/sugar count you can't beat. My new fav.

I read a lot of reviews before buying this product. All said that this product was amazing. But when I used orange cream flavor I completely dissatisfied because it didn't resolve well in neither water (10 ounces) nor milk (10 ounces)with a shaker bottle after shaking 5-10mins. And that's not all, orange cream also sucks in taste It is a bit better in water but still not good, but the Nutrition Facts are perfect. I'm waiting for the Pineapple Mango flavor to taste. I hope I'll like it. When I taste Mango flavor I'll also write a review about it.
Recommended Use: Mix one to two scoops of GFv2 Pro into 8 ounces of water with a spoon or blender. Ingest 2 to 3 servings throughout the day as desired. Consume one serving after working out.
