At first I was a little skeptical about all the claims Gaspari was making about SuperPump250, but let me tell you, they aren't making anything up. The taste takes a little while to get used to, but it's not too bad. This product is the only thing I've ever used that I notice a definite increase in motivation. After taking SuperPump I can't wait to get in the gym. What I love most about this product though isn't the pump that you get during your workout, it's the pump that you feel all day. Not only do you look bigger while you're lifting, you stay bigger! This is, hands down, the best NO product ever created.
Very good product. This has really helped me gain size and strength. Though, I have found that the Orange gave me the runs, but The Blue Raspberry and Fruit Punch work well, and don't mess with my digestive system.

I don't know about all the numbers they give, but I know I am probably one of the most skeptical buyers out there. I didn't even really like NO. This stuff is worth it though. After a long day at work, I take it and can't believe how much energy I get when I go work out. The pump is definitely noticeable. If you have trouble getting into your workouts sometimes this is what you want.
SuperPump 250 is the most amazing product I have ever used. It helps me stay focused on every one on my workouts. Even on the days I just don't feel like going to the gym. One serving and I am fired up and ready to rock. The muscle pumps are so amazing just 20 to 30 minutes after taking this product.
Other Ingredients: Citric acid, magnesium oxide, sodium phosphate, malic acid, lecithin (soybean), potassium phosphate, xanthan gum, natural and artificial flavor, magnesium phosphate, sucralose, red die #40, blue die #1.
Recommended Use: Recommended Use on Training Days:
As a dietary supplement, take 2-3 scoops with 8-12 oz. of cold water or juice 30-40 minutes prior to training (preferably on an empty stomach). For maximum results, avoid consuming a meal or protein shake within 45 minutes to an hour of taking SuperPump250. Caution: Individuals sensitive to stimulants should start by using half the recommended dose (1-2 scoops) to help assess their tolerance. Do not exceed more than three (3) scoops at any given time. Use on Non-Training Days: As a dietary supplement, take 1 scoop with 4-8 oz. of cold water or juice.

The Study
Subjects completed two trials, in random order, separated by one-week: 1)
workout only, 2) same workout with SuperPump250. During the SuperPump trial,
subjects ingested one serving of the supplement 30-minutes before starting the
workout. During the placebo trial, subjects drank water. The workout consisted
of 10 sets: 5 sets for the biceps and 5 sets for the triceps. All weights, reps
and rest periods were tightly controlled and kept the same from one trial to the
next. That way, any differences seen would be due to the supplement. Changes in
lean mass (muscle) and body fat were measured with “gold standard” and one of
the most sensitive tools available: dual-energy x-ray absorptiometry (DEXA).

Interpretation of Study
Placebo (workout only): a 3.5% increase in estimated lean mass of the arms.
SuperPump250™ (workout + supplement): a 9% increase in estimated lean
mass of the arms. In other words, when the same subjects did the exact same
workout (same weights, sets, and reps) but simply took 1 serving of SuperPump 30
minutes beforehand, they gained 2 and a half times more muscle in their arms!
One subject even gained 5-times more muscle!
