I didn't get the ephedrine-like clear-headed feeling that some of the other products provide but if you just need something to get you off of the couch with a feeling that you REALLY need to go do something, this is the stuff! I was really satisfied with what I had experienced in the sample, so I placed an order. For some reason, the product that I received did not live up to the sample. Some of the pills in the container had leaked, leaving a film of liquid on the bottom of the container. The container WAS sealed when it arrived so I did try some of the pills but they didn't seem to give me the same experience that I had written about after trying the sample.
