Creatine (not this product) works for me by giving me deep lifting power, like heavy weights on bench. H-Blocker is more across the board extra reps and less time to next set. The Beta Alanine hit is smooth and quick and lasts for a good hour or so. This stuff definitely helps hold off the lactic acid failure from high rep/final set territory. Taste is pretty good, a little off, but for what it has, it is really good. The caffeine really helps with early morning workouts, providing energy without the jitters.
