That's real fruit, real flavour! None of that nasty artificial flavouring!! Specifically the fruit toppings are absolutely delightful. It's hard for me to recommend one over the other as they are all scrumptuous. Some of my favourite uses are the obvious poured over vanilla ice cream, but also try them with (or without!) a little cream over some fresh fruit, cream cheese muffins, swirled in a baked cheesecake, or of course you can't go past a traditional pavlova with passionfruit sauce! mm mmmm P.S I highly recommend the Sweet Chilli Sauce and pickles! I honestly wouldn't have known it was low sugar / carb and I am not a normal dieter, so hate ANYTHING with an funny flavor. It has lovely raspberry lumps and a perfect tangy taste. I've become addicted to it with Fage Total 0% Greek yogurt. Tastes just like a full fat normal raspberry supermarket yogurt, but with only no fat, 9 net carbs and under 100 calories for 7oz/200g. If I want it a bit sweeter I add a drop of liquid splenda and it's heavenly. Definitely plan to try it in vanilla and chocolate protein shakes! Can't speak to the other flavors as I don't like orange or sultanas - but I really wish they made a plain Boysenberry and/or Apple Cinnamon. Try it, you won't be disappointed! Recipes

Creamy Fruit Mouse (an original Jok n Al recipe)
4 servings

1 cup low fat unsweetened yogurt
1 1/2 cups Jok n Al Topping or 1 cup Jok n Al Fruit Spread - flavor of your choice
2 teaspoons gelatin (for Topping) or 1 teaspoon gelatin (for Fruit Spread)
2 egg whites
1 tablespoon lemon juice (to taste)

Method:
Combine yogurt and Topping or if using Jok n Al Fruit Spread, heat Jok n Al Fruit Spread over low heat until melted, then combine with yogurt. Dissolve gelatin over low heat with 1-2 tablespoons water. When thoroughly dissolved, mix into yogurt mixture. Fold in egg whites, which have been beaten until soft peaks form. Add lemon juice. Pour into bowl or individual glasses. Serve with crisp dessert biscuits or wafers, low fat dairy whip or whipped cream if liked.

Fruit and Bran Muffins (an original Jok n Al recipe)
12 muffins

Sift together:
1 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder

Add:
11/2 cups wheat bran flakes
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoons mixed ground spice orground ginger (spices optional)
3 tablespoons granular Splenda sweetener (or sugar)

Add and mix lightly to just combine:
1 cup non-fat milk
2 beaten eggs
1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Spoon some mixture into greased or non-stick muffin tins (about 1/3 full), Pour some (about 1 tablespoon) Jok n Al Topping (flavor of your choice) into center avoiding it reaching the sides. Carefully spoon more muffin mix around Topping (no need to cover center). Tin should be approximately 2/3 full. Bake in pre-heated oven 400°F (200°C) 10-12 minutes.
