The product label clearly says to not use the product for more than 8 weeks, so I think a 12 week cycle is too much. This product is great though, I'm glad I found it on Netrition. A guy who owns a gym and is a body builder is the UPS guy at my work. He's always giving me advice on building muscle and he recommended this product with LG Sciences' Liquid Masterdrol. I also think it's a good idea that if you're still fairly new to this stuff that you take the lessor of the recommended dosage: see how it works and then up your intake depending on how sensitive you are and what the side effects are. I was unable to find any reviews on this product but figured I would try it anyways. I was happy that I did. In the first two weeks I dropped 1.5% body fat and increased my muscle size. My only complaint is the price. One 60 capsule bottle only lasts 15 days at full dosage. I will continue use for the recommended 12 week cycle then decide if I will continue use after the off cycle.
