| Recommended Use: As a dietary supplement, take 1-2 capsules with 16 oz of water before a workout to test your tolerance. You can increase to 3 capsules once tolerance is determined. Drink at least 2 liters of water daily while using this product. Do not exceed 6 capsules in 24-hours or take after 5 pm. Taking in the evening may cause sleeplessness. CONTAINS 300MG OF CAFFEINE AND 36MG SYNEPHRINE ALKALOIDS PER 3 CAPSULES. |
