Cost effective, and it uses the proper source/ potency of CLA to be efficacious. I order a bottle with every buy. I'm a college student with a good eye for nutrition, and quality CLA should be a staple in more athletes' regimens.
Recommended Use: For adults, take two (2) soft gels twice daily, preferably with meals. It is important to check with your health care practitioner before beginning any diet and exercise program. As a reminder, discuss the supplements and medications you take with your health care providers.
