November 03, 2009 Reviewer: A customer in Idaho This stuff is amazing. I have type 2 diabetes, but love potatoes, and bread. I usually eat very low carb bread, and don't get anywhere near potatoes. However, I've been sprinkling this on my potatoes and higher carb bread and am not only losing weight, but have stopped the blood sugar spikes when eating simple carbs. I haven't tried them with sugary items, but I'm loving small portions of potatoes again. I keep several packages in my purse too, just in case I'm running errands and eat out. I had a huge bowl of Asian chicken noodle soup one night, sprinkled this in, and the scale was down the next morning. I'm back today to buy more. I will not be without this product again! May 14, 2010 Reviewer: Andrea in Florida I follow a low carb lifestyle but occasionally want to eat something with carbs. Not go crazy, but sometimes you are in a situation where you have no choice. I have had great success in the past with carb blockers and was running low so I ordered this brand to give it a try. I bought this particular brand and did use as directed. I found with little "cheats" this brand did not do as promised, in fact even when eating carbs and using this product the next day I typically gained 3 pounds.
