| I've used time release melatonin, low dose melatonin and regular (5mg) dose melatonin- they all seemed to be harsh, and had lots of dreams, and didn't last all night and woke up tired... this pill has the valerian that seems to make me sleep better, no dreaming, and wake up feeling rested- yet it doesn't seem to be addictive, only using once in a while. It helps with sleeping soundly, even when I have stress. I don't take until ready to go to sleep. :) |
