Nestle Carnation Instant Breakfast Essentials is a complete nutritional drink with twice the protein of
an egg to help build muscle. It has twice the calcium of yogurt to help build stong bones and is loaded
with antioxidants to help support the immune system. It even has fiber to support a healthy digestive system.
Love this stuff. It's so hard to find sugar free products. I love this. I mix with unsweetened Almond Milk and it makes a great drink. Love all the flavors.
I love this stuff, it tastes good and is filling with a nice amount of vitamins. It really saved me when I was pregnant with severe morning/noon/night sickness for the first 5 months, it was the only thing I could keep down before 3:00PM. Our daughter was a robust infant and a very active toddler, so I guess it provided some good building blocks :D
