Most have cyanocobalamin in them. I prefer not to have cyanide in any form in my vitamins. This one has a great berry taste and dissolves quickly and easily for great absorption. This product is an absolute TREAT to take each day. It is like a small raspberry candy that I take each day. It's a very effective B-12 and I feel great with it as well. I take many Now brand products, but I can't use this one. It tastes great and is very convenient; however, it does not dissolve for me and I can tell it is not absorbed correctly.
