I wish I'd tried this years ago - it is the best all-purpose oil I've ever found. I cook all sorts of different food with it. I moisturize with great results since it absorbs so easily & has no odor or greasy after-feel, even my picky kids don't mind using it (they don't like almond oil, which was recommended for use with babies or young children since it stays greasy).
Recommended Use: This 100% pure oil is food grade and can be used as a cosmetic, salad or culinary oil. This versitile oil contains a number of fatty acids including Linoleic, Oleic, Stearic, Palmitic, Myristic and Lauric fatty acids. For external use, apply to skin as needed. For culinary purposes, use as desired in the place of your regular cooking oils or salad dressings.
