This product has worked very well controlling frequent hot flashes. It takes about 10 days to 2 weeks (at least for me). I was miserable and NOW I'm not. It's a very effective product and reasonably priced as well.
Recommended Use: 1 full press dispenses about 1.2g, providing 20mg of USP Progesterone. This container yields approximately 70 pumps. Rotate application between abdomen, hands and thighs for best results. Use 1X or 2X daily. For external use only.
