I complied and am feeling FANTASTIC. I take two (200mg) pills three times a day. I HIGHLY recommend. Life hasn't been this sweet in a looooooooong time!

Boy was I wrong, this is the one supplement that if I had to get rid of them all I would still keep. It helps her mood, her periods, she is honestly a more balanced, happier person. And she was darn nice to start with but this stuff is seriously like WOW.
