Stevia Balance is a calorie-free sweetener with 900 mg Inulin and 50 mcg Chromium. Inulin is a fructooligosaccharide derived from chicory. As a prebiotic, it stimulates the growth of friendly intestinal flora to support good colon health.* It has a low glycemic index making it suitable for persons on certain types of restricted diets.
Chromium is a trace mineral that is significantly reduced in the American diet due to the over processing of our foods. It is involved in a number of important bodily functions and is an effective synergist for Stevia and Inulin.
This product is by far one of the best stevia sweeteners out there, not giving that weird, bitter after taste. I would recommend buying the organic stevia with inulin, not with chromium because though this product tastes a little sweeter, you have to limit how much you use due to the chromium content. I use a couple of packets of this per day, and use the regular for the rest.
Stevia extract is a dietary supplement. Contains NO preservatives, artificial colors, artificial flavors or artificial sweeteners. Vegan/vegetarian product.

Recommended Use: As a dietary supplement, take 1 packet as desired.
