Simply amazing. I really did not expect these pancakes to turn out the way they did. They come out light and fluffy like high-grade pancakes from a pancake house but with an added protein bonus. I have replaced my morning oatmeal with these pancakes. I do recommend to either sweeten them with a syrup of your choice or Splenda.

(Sodium Aluminum Phosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate, Mono-calcium Phosphate), Medium Chain Triglycerides, Corn Starch, Flax-seed, Natural and Artificial Flavor, Buttermilk Powder, Soy Lecithin.
Recommended Use: Blend 2 Scoops (57g) (makes about 3 Pancakes) of pancake mix and 1/3 cup of water together using a wire whisk. Batter will be slightly lumpy. Do not over mix! Pour 2 tablespoons of the batter per pancake onto prepared and preheated 300°F griddle.
Cook pancakes 1-1 1/2 minutes per side or until golden brown, turning only once. 4 Inch Pancakes: 5-7 mix 4 scoops and 2/3 cup of water; 12-14 mix 8 scoops and 1 1/3 cup water; 18-21 mix 12 scoops and 2 cups of water. Additional Pancake Suggestions (mix into batter): 1/2 cup strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, banana, apple-sliced (sprinkle with cinnamon), walnuts, or 1 teaspoon Met-Rx Hardcore L-Glutamine Powder.
