| I read how ALA helps support glycogen uptake, working with your body's insulin. Being hypoglycemic, I decided to give this supplement a try. I've been taking it for 3 months and it has leveled out my blood sugar levels almost perfectly. I have been able to eat more high-sugar foods without having 'episodes' with blood sugar wipe-outs like before. I feel much better during workouts and runs...having enough strength to complete very rigorous exercise. |
