| Very good product. I use it after trainings. The effect for first sight not so obvious. If you take intensive training and have low experience in training - the next day will be really hell for you. All your muscles will pain. But if you take at least 2 BCAA you just feel nothing. One important note. You have you eat these capsules not later than after 1-2 hours after training. My mother is 65 and she likes to travel. She spend much time on the feet and after it she feels her feet tired. Just 1 capsule and she is ready to go again. The product has no own positive effect but it completely eliminates side negative effects. I could recommend it for very wide circle of users. |
