April 04, 2007 Reviewer: Karl in Illinois I usually take 2 of these a little before my workout, especially if I'm dragging that day. I don't use it to lose weight but just for a little "pep" during my workout. It's better than slamming back 2 cups of coffee. And now that's its ephedra-free it's much safer.
