Alot of energy, easy to take (1x a day) but no actual weight loss. The ECA stack, dangerous, out-dated but still beats this one and all the major fat burners out there. Only recently have the companies of these pills begun to refine the ephedra component in their products to make it less illegal and or lethal as the case may be. Just look at any of them that say "hardcore"....It's active ingredient is a refinement of the ephedra source.
