I lift weights and have been looking for a BCAA product to use in the morning before working out. This is supposed to dissolve in water. It does not dissolve at all. It just sits on top of the water and no amount of shaking stirring or anything will make it dissolve even slightly. I knew it wasnt supposed to taste the greatest but if it would just slightly dissolve I could choke it down but this is awful. At least I didnt waste a ton of money but please dont buy this product.
