They are all bad. I use protein drinks all the time, but I wanted something with more of a dessert taste for an evening snack. I purchased cookies and cream and as the other prota-lyn flavors, it was disgusting. It has a very chemical off-taste, as well as a rancid after-taste. No one could stand it. We even tried doctorin it w/various things, but nothing worked. We tried adding ice cream, flavored syrup, & splenda. These things did make it sweeter, but the taste is still unbearable.
